  1. Does the Connext Chatbot remember previous questions I asked? For how long?

    1. Yes, the Connext Chatbot maintains a history of your interactions to provide continuity in support. This history is retained to help track the progression of your inquiries and provide context for ongoing support. Even after you remove a session from your history view, the interactions remain stored in the backend until you request us to delete them. To request data deletion, please contact RTI support at support@rti.com.

  2. How can I request the deletion of my data?

    1. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact RTI support at support@rti.com with your request, and they will work to get your data removed from the backend.

  3. What information is being stored?

    1. The chatbot stores the questions you ask, the responses provided, and any feedback you give. This information is used to improve the chatbot’s accuracy and performance. For full details, please see Connext Chatbot Terms of Use.

  4. Does the chatbot use my prompts and data in my prompts for training?

    1. We maintain a history of your interactions consistent with our Privacy Policy, but rest assured we do not use these interactions as training content for the chatbot

  5. Does RTI use any customer data in training the chatbot?

    1. RTI does not use any customer-specific conversations for training the chatbot.

  1. Is the Connext Chatbot available 24/7?

    1. Yes, we do our best to ensure the Connext Chatbot is available 24/7 to assist with your queries about RTI products and services. Occasionally, outages and technical issues may occur, but rest assured that we are actively working to provide you with uninterrupted service.

  2. Can the Connext Chatbot handle technical support issues?

    1. The Connext Chatbot can provide answers to common technical questions and guide you through troubleshooting steps. For more complex issues, it may be better to reach out to RTI’s Support team at support@rti.com.

  3. How accurate are the responses from the Connext Chatbot?

    1. The chatbot is trained on extensive resources to provide accurate and relevant answers. However, like all language models, it can sometimes generate responses that may not be accurate. If you encounter a response that is not satisfactory, please provide feedback to help us improve.

  4. Can I access the chatbot from any device?

    1. Yes, the Connext Chatbot can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
