Managing Connext AI Accounts#

  1. How do I create an account to use Connext AI?

    1. If you already have a RTI Academy, Support Portal, or Connext AI account, you can login using existing RTI credentials at chatbot.rti.com. Otherwise, sign up for free here.

  2. How do I reset my password?

    1. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  3. How do I delete my account?

    1. Contact RTI support (support@rti.com) with a request to delete your account.

Using Connext Chatbot#

  1. Is the Connext Chatbot available 24/7?

    1. Yes, we do our best to ensure the Connext Chatbot is available 24/7 to assist with your queries about RTI products and services. Occasionally, outages and technical issues may occur, but rest assured that we are actively working to provide you with uninterrupted service.

  2. Can the Connext Chatbot handle technical support issues?

    1. The Connext Chatbot can provide answers to common technical questions and guide you through troubleshooting steps. For more complex issues, it may be better to reach out to RTI’s Support team at support@rti.com.

  3. How accurate are the responses from the Connext Chatbot?

    1. The chatbot is trained on extensive resources to provide accurate and relevant answers. However, like all language models, it can sometimes generate responses that may not be accurate. If you encounter a response that is not satisfactory, please provide feedback to help us improve.

  4. Can I access the chatbot from any device?

    1. Yes, the Connext Chatbot can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
