Managing Connext AI accounts

How do I create an account?

If you already have RTI Academy, Support Portal, or Connext AI credentials, sign in with those existing details at chatbot.rti.com. Otherwise, create a free account on the sign-up page.

How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Please send a request to privacy@rti.com.

Using Connext Chatbot

Is the chatbot available 24/7?

Yes, we do our best to ensure the Connext Chatbot is available 24/7 to assist with your queries about RTI products and services. Occasionally, outages and technical issues may occur, but rest assured that we are actively working to provide you with uninterrupted service.

Can the chatbot handle technical support issues?

The Connext Chatbot can provide answers to common technical questions and guide you through troubleshooting steps. For complex support cases, contact support@rti.com.

How accurate are the responses?

The chatbot is trained on extensive RTI resources, but like any language model it can still make mistakes. Use linked sources and your engineering judgment to validate critical answers.

Can I access the chatbot from any device?

Yes. Any internet-connected desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone can access the public chatbot.
